Close enough to two main towns, and the City of Christchurch, and all it has to offer, still far enough away to 'smell, hear and feel' the region. No Traffic noise, totally seclude and secure. Spacious modern and well appointed facility, land a helicopter, go jet boating, utilise the home for a conference or sporting event, in-fact, there is so much to offer, we can’t fit it all in here.

Option A. (FULL package) Your Hosts/owners or representative are required on property.
Sleeps up to 6 individuals.
Ideal for Sports events, Family, Friend events where Christchurch needs to be your BASE.
- Weekly service and clean. Beds changed, Lodge service cleaning carried out throughout (each 7 days).
- Breakfasts provided and breakfast service offered for all guests 8-10am daily (Mon – Sat only) Sunday you look after yourselves.
- Full use of our Rental car (just provide fuel) unlimited km’s – A Toyota Wagon (5 seater+).
- All standard Lodge facilities are available
Rooms - Barnea, Manzinillo and Lucchino rooms, (sleeps 6) or (mix of children and adults MAX 6 total).
Conditions
- Minimum of 14 night stay (regardless of how short your local travel plans).
- NZ $749 inc tax per night total NZ $10486 (additional requests are chargeable).
- Deposit 50% upon booking ($5243.00) confirmation – Refund 50% of paid deposit ($2621.50) up to 21 days prior to arrival, Refund 25% of paid deposit less than 20 - 10 days prior to booking. NO REFUND if less than 9 days prior to booking arrival.
- No Pets, No children under 5, No smoking inside, No additional guests to stay overnight (other than your immediate party booked).
- Casual Lease agreement MUST be signed and returned prior to confirmation (request this when required).
- No Bond or safety deposit required as Hosts are on site.
Option B. (SELF cater package).Your Hosts/owners NOT required on property.
Sleeps up to 8 individuals.

- Breakfasts NOT provided.
- Full use of our Rental car (just provide fuel) unlimited km’s – A Toyota Wagon (5 seater+).
- All standard Lodge facilities are available.
- Guests must provide all own food and grocery needs.
Rooms - Barnea, Manzinillo and Lucchino rooms, PLUS the upper level MASTER BEDROOM with en-suite (sleeps 8) or (mix of children and adults MAX 8 total).

- Minimum of 14 night stay (regardless of how short your local travel plans).
- NZ $898 inc tax per night total NZ $12572 (additional requests are chargeable).
- Deposit 50% upon booking ($6286.00) confirmation – Refund 50% of paid deposit ($3143) up to 21 days prior to arrival, Refund 25% of paid deposit less than 20 - 10 days prior to booking. NO REFUND if less than 9 days prior to booking arrival.
- No Pets, No children under 5, No smoking inside, No additional guests to stay overnight (other than your immediate party booked).

- A Bond / safety deposit of NZ $500 is required as Hosts MAY not be on site (fully refundable on departure if no damage or repairs incurred).
